Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United Kingdom, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. Orders placed by 5:00 PM (UK time) on a business day enter processing the same day; later orders are processed the next business day. Processing takes 1-2 business days, followed by 7-12 business days in transit, so your order arrives within 8-14 business days in total. Once your order ships, you receive an email with the carrier name and a tracking link. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only, and not to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
Returns & exchanges
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Before sending anything back, email us at info@selmaria.com with your order number and the subject line "Return Request", and we will confirm the return address. Items need to be unused, in like-new condition and in their original packaging. Items need to have their original tags attached. For a change of mind you cover the return shipping; if an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, we reimburse your return shipping cost. There is no restocking fee. Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed within 5 business days, and it usually takes another 5-10 business days to appear on your original payment method. We do not offer direct exchanges: if you would like a different size or colour, return the item and place a new order.
